Construction got underway on the duplex late in 2009 thanks to the support of the Master Builders Association and our builder captain John Day Homes. The Julia L. Pritt House is now completed. This building is named in honor of Julia Pritt who generously donated the land for the Monti House and the land the duplex is built on.
